Cardholders need to bring their own cards, household registration books and identification materials issued by the local police station to the bank outlets to apply for credit card renaming.

If the cardholder's job transfer, address transfer or ID number changes, the information can be updated in the following three ways:

1, ICBC online banking;

2. Call BOC Credit Card Customer Service Hotline to update;

3. Go directly to the credit card issuing bank to apply for renewal.
