1. Report the loss of Liaotong Credit Card: You can report the loss through Bank of China Mobile Banking, Colorful Life APP, "Bank of China Credit Card" WeChat Use the official account, online banking or call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 to quickly handle the loss report business by pressing the "#" key through the voice prompt, and the loss report will take effect immediately.

2. Report the loss and replace the Liaotong tag card: Please bring your ID card, driving license and card to the local Bank of China ETC installation point to go through the procedures for reporting the loss and replacing the card. If the ETC is reported lost, the tag can be replaced for free at the installation point, effective immediately. You are responsible for the risks before the loss report takes effect. Please go and handle it as soon as possible. Once the loss is reported, it cannot be canceled. The binding relationship between the new Liaotong Label Card and the Bank of China Liaotong Credit Card account remains unchanged, and there is no need for you to rebind it.
