Party B shall properly keep its credit card information, personal information and passwords (including transaction passwords, mobile phone dynamic passwords, etc.), and Party B shall bear the losses caused by the disclosure of the above information due to improper keeping.

4. When Party B and its deputy cardholders swipe their cards in overseas merchants with Visa, MasterCard and JCB acceptance signs, they only need to sign the same signature on the shopping list as the signature column on the back of the card; When special merchants with UnionPay acceptance logo spend money abroad or in China, Party B and its deputy cardholders must agree with Party A in advance to enter or not enter the password, and sign the same signature on the purchase order as the signature column on the back of the card, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
When Party B and its deputy cardholders handle the cash withdrawal business at the self-service equipment of domestic and foreign banks designated by Party A, they only need to enter the transaction password; To handle the cash withdrawal business at the counter of domestic bank outlets, you must enter the transaction password and sign the same signature on the business voucher as the signature column on the back of the card; When handling cash withdrawal business at the counter of overseas bank outlets, you must sign and show your identity documents as required.
