if China merchants bank's credit card is lost or stolen, please call the credit card customer service hotline 8825555 (free of charge, limited to fixed telephone calls) or 4825555 (local telephone charges) as soon as possible, select "2#" to report the loss urgently and enter the manual report card (please call 21-387848 in areas where 4 and 8 telephones are not supported; Overseas users call 86-21-387848). Once a credit card is reported lost, it will take effect immediately and be irrevocable. The loss reporting fee is RMB 6 yuan/card (VISA and MINI cards can report the loss separately or simultaneously, and the fee is 6 yuan/time).

Tips 1. You need to open a new card before you can use it; 2. The loss of the credit card will not affect the repayment.
