Conditions for JD Baitiao application:

1. JD Baitiao issues quotas at 9 a.m. every day;

2. You must spend six notes on JD and reach Only users with bronze membership can apply for JD Baitiao. ;

3. To apply for JD Baitiao, you must bind a bank card.

Note: If the user already has six (cash on delivery) transaction records and has not bound a bank card, he or she needs to bind a credit card when opening Baitiao.
