Handling credit cards
1. Go directly to Mintong Card Customer Service Center with my ID card, credit card, driving license and other related information.
2. sign the "Fujian province expressway toll entrusted deduction settlement agreement (individual customer)", and one credit card is limited to one car.
3. The credit card and Mintong card are contracted and bound through the special equipment (software) for bank signing, and the binding will take effect after the successful signing information is returned to the customer service center.
apply for a savings card
1. My ID card, savings card (Industrial Bank), driving license and other related materials should first go to the bank where the account is opened
2. Pay a full deposit
(the deposit standard is: each bus is bound with a 5 yuan/car with 7 seats or less and a 1 yuan/car with more than 7 seats; The truck is loaded with 1 yuan/car with a mass of 5 tons or less, and 2 yuan/car with a mass of more than 5 tons)
3. Sign the Settlement Agreement for Entrusted Deduction of Expressway Tolls in Fujian Province (the "Natural Life" Family Financial Card Customer of Industrial Bank), and one savings card can bind multiple cars.
4. Go to the customer service center with the agreement stamped with the official seal of the bank counter business and the above related materials
5. After the verification is successful, the legal person agreement will be stamped with the business seal of Mintong Card, and the signing of the savings card and Mintong Card will be bound through the special equipment (software) for bank signing
6. The signing success information will become effective after it is returned to the service outlets.
3. Corporate customers (legal persons or other organizations)
1. Open corporate RMB bank settlement accounts (basic account or general deposit accounts or special accounts) in relevant cooperative banks, and are willing to deposit a certain amount of expressway toll deposit for each vehicle.
(The deposit standard is: 5 yuan/car for passenger cars with 7 seats or less and 1 yuan/car for passenger cars with 7 seats or more, with a maximum of 8, yuan; The truck loads 1 yuan/car with a mass of 5 tons or less, and 2 yuan/car with a mass of 5 tons or more, with a maximum of 1, yuan)
2. Submit the authorization letter from the legal representative (or person in charge of the unit), the original ID card of the agent, bank account information, vehicle driving license and other relevant materials to the bank where the account is opened
3. Fill in the "Entrusted withholding business of expressway tolls in Fujian Province".
4. Go to Mintong Card Customer Service Center with the business application form, driving license and other relevant materials approved by the bank, and sign the "Fujian Provincial Expressway Toll Entrusted Deduction Settlement Agreement (Company Customer)".
5. bind the bank account with the mintong card through the special equipment (software) for bank signing, and the binding will take effect after the successful signing information is returned to the service center.
iii. Car-free customers
Car-free customers refer to the car-free customers who are exempted from expressway traffic fees and confirmed by Fujian Expressway Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Regulations on the Collection and Management of Expressway Traffic Tolls in Fujian Province.
1. Go directly to the customer service center of expressway Mintong Card to handle the relevant procedures of electronic tag and Mintong Card (car exemption) with the authorization letter of the legal representative of the unit, the original ID card of the agent, the original vehicle driving license and other relevant materials.
2. A customer service center staff will issue a Mintong card to your vehicle or install an electronic tag at the same time. After registration, you can use it for free.
