The publicity in the bill is just an advertisement, and the bank is an advertisement publisher. The bank's responsibility is only the authenticity of the advertisement, which is the same as the responsibility of the TV station in TV advertisements, so Disputes over products still have to go back to the operator, and the bank does not assume such responsibility. Unless you have solid basis to determine that the promotional content is false information, the bank is suspected of violating the advertising law and may bear the liabilities listed in the advertising law.
