Mobile Banking Cloud QuickPass Application and Activation:

1. Please log in to Mobile Banking and click "Mobile Banking Home Page - All - Minsheng Pay - Mobile QuickPass".

2. Enter the My Cloud QuickPass card list page. On first use, the list is empty. When you click to apply for a Cloud QuickPass card, you will enter the application process.

3. Read the cloud card introduction and service agreement, and click to agree to activate.

4. Select a bank card from the drop-down list and enter the verification information. If you select a debit card, you need to enter the debit card transaction password. If you choose a credit card, you need to enter the credit card expiration date and CVN2 (the three numbers at the end of the back of the card, also known as the security code).

5. After the application is successful, enter the activation page. Click the Send SMS button. After entering and verifying the text message, a success prompt will pop up. After successful activation, you will be redirected to the Union Quick Pass homepage, where you can see the activated Union Quick Pass card.

Warm reminder:

※ For debit cards, only Minsheng personal UnionPay cards are supported to apply for UnionPay cards; for credit cards, please call the Credit Card Center at 400-66-95568 for consultation;

※ For debit cards, the verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number reserved at the counter. Credit card, the verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number registered with the credit card;

※ Activation is an asynchronous transaction, not a synchronous transaction, and may take about 1 minute;

※ The mobile phone must be an Android phone. Equipped with NFC antenna module, the operating system version number is no less than 4.4.2.
