If the loan is less than one year, the penalty interest amount of three months shall be paid in advance.

2. If the loan is over one year but less than two years, a penalty interest of two months will be paid for prepayment.

3. If the loan lasts for more than two years but less than three years, one month's penalty interest will be paid for prepayment.

4. If the loan term exceeds three years, the prepayment clause will be implemented in accordance with the terms agreed in the loan contract.
