Prompt payment period is within 10 days after the bill expires, and the last day will be postponed when it falls on a legal holiday, a non-business day of the large payment system or an electronic commercial bill system.

The holder may present payment before the maturity date of the bill or within the time limit for presenting payment. If the time limit for presenting payment exceeds the time limit for presenting payment, it shall be deemed as overdue presenting payment, which can be initiated within 2 years after the maturity date of the bill. Overdue prompt payment must fill in the explanation of overdue reasons.
