1, system audit
After submitting the application materials, enter the system for review. The system will judge whether the applicant meets the requirements of applying for a credit card according to the personal information of the applicant, and automatically check the credit status of the applicant in the personal credit information system for reference.
2. Manual audit
After the system is approved, the application form will enter the manual approval stage, and the staff of the bank approval department will grab the work order from the work order pool for approval. The staff will reconfirm whether the information on the application form meets the requirements and judge whether the personal information is true. After manual approval, the system will determine the classification of application forms and the level of approval process according to the parameters generated by preliminary approval. When the applicant meets the eligibility requirements, he/she will go through the initial credit card approval process.
What did the credit card audit see?
Credit card audit will look at the credit card application form submitted by the customer, as well as the copy of ID card, income proof documents (such as payroll and bank statement) and other materials, and also look at the customer's personal credit report to understand the customer's age, education level, marital status, residential address, work situation, economic income level, debt and credit status.
