No one has ever known what research is going on in Dr. Paster's laboratory. However, in a laboratory accident, an ordinary Migru dog suddenly discovered that he could not only speak, but also gain unimaginable powers. The super dog wearing a cool cloak vowed to protect the safety of the citizens of Cabido, especially his favorite object-a purebred hound named Polly. When Dr. Buster and his assistant secretly planned to destroy Cabido City, only Super Dog could save the world!
This film is based on a well-known classic TV cartoon of the same name in the United States. The protagonist of the story is a puppy. Because of an accident in Professor Simon's experiment, it gains super powers and begins to talk.
So it decided to use its super powers to help the citizens in trouble, especially a beautiful beagle, Polly. However, Professor Simon and his lackey Cad are planning an insidious plan, and only the Superman dog can come forward to save the whole city.
