Legal analysis: If the credit card of Ping An Bank is overdue for more than 3 months or the bank has not paid more than two reminders, then Ping An Bank may sue the cardholder. Article 37 A commercial bank shall enter into a written contract with the borrower for a loan. Article 42 The borrower shall repay the principal and interest of the loan on time.
If the borrower fails to repay the guaranteed loan when it is due, the commercial bank has the right to require the guarantor to repay the loan principal and interest or receive priority in repayment of the collateral in accordance with the law. Real estate or equity acquired by a commercial bank due to the exercise of mortgage or pledge rights shall be disposed of within two years from the date of acquisition.
If the borrower fails to repay the credit loan when due, he shall bear the responsibility according to the contract.
