Hello, if you are a China Merchants Bank credit card holder, your credit card does not have a withdrawal password.

Our bank’s credit card *** has two passwords, namely the inquiry password and the transaction password.

1. Query password: the password used when calling our bank’s customer service hotline, logging in to online banking, and making online payments at home and abroad;

2. Transaction password: corresponds to the card swiping password and pre-payment password respectively. There are two functions of borrowing cash. These two functions need to be activated separately. After activation, you will use the transaction password when swiping your card for consumption or borrowing cash in advance.

When you handle business, you can ask the customer service why they entered the withdrawal password.
