1. After receiving the application form and the supporting documents required for card processing, Bank of Communications will complete the card processing approval within 2-3 weeks. If you want to know the progress of card processing, you can inquire through the "card processing progress inquiry" function on the home page of the credit card website, telephone banking or manual service. (Bank of Communications will notify the cardholder by SMS after receiving the application materials. )

2. In the process of accepting the application, the staff can call the cardholder to check the necessary information or ask for supplementary information.

3. After the application is approved, the card letter will usually be sent by registered mail. After sending it, the cardholder will be notified by SMS to check the card sent by registered letter. If the application materials provided do not meet the requirements of Bank of Communications temporarily, the bank staff will inform you by SMS or letter.
