If you apply for a credit card in different banks, will you check the credit of your other banks?
I can tell you this question for sure:
I won't check your bank records by name.
But you will read the PBOC report. If you have a bad credit card status in another bank, you will see the bad status in PBOC report, but you can't see which bank it belongs to.
