I don’t know the situation in Jiaxing, but I have a friend who works at the Bank of Communications. The so-called reserve cadre actually depends on the assigned position. It may be administrative work in the back office or sales in the field. In terms of work, the salary is basically lower than that of normal entry positions.
Furthermore, the Bank of Communications’ credit card center does not belong to the Bank of Communications, but is an institution that cooperates with HSBC, so it does not have a formal bank establishment.
As far as I know, the salary is not high. For field work, it still depends on performance commission.
Hope this helps.
