After the credit card is successfully issued, it needs to be activated before it can be used normally:
First, open the bank counter
Cardholders bring their ID cards and credit cards to the bank counter where credit cards are processed, and the staff will help activate them.
Second, activate the credit card by phone.
After receiving the credit card, you can call the bank customer service phone to activate and set the transaction password.
The activation process of ABC credit card customer service phone is as follows:
(1) Call the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the credit card. After selecting the corresponding language, please enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password.
(2) According to the voice prompt, select the card activation option under the menu of "Credit Card Activation and Password Management".
(3) Enter the last 3 digits printed after the signature column on the back of the cardholder's credit card, and press # to confirm.
(4) Enter the cardholder's home phone number and press # to confirm.
(5) Enter 6 digits as the cardholder's transaction password and press # to confirm.
(6) Enter the 6-digit transaction password again and press # to confirm.
(7) The transaction password is set successfully.
