Legal analysis: In fact, this is just a means of collection. It puts pressure on the card holder and makes the card holder afraid, so as to achieve the purpose of collection. It is normal for people with large amounts to come to your door, but it is also normal for them to come to your door. There is no need to worry too much. In a society governed by law, collection collection will not be random. If the credit card debt is less than 50,000, it is an ordinary civil credit card dispute. Therefore, if this happens, the cardholder only needs to reasonably communicate with the debt collector or the bank. If the cardholder answers the corresponding debt collection call after the overdue date, and has the corresponding repayment behavior, then the risk of facing prosecution is very small. At most, you will face the pressure of collection and the trouble of visiting to understand the situation. According to relevant regulations, if it is confirmed that the cardholder's credit card debt exceeds the cardholder's repayment ability, he or she can negotiate with the bank for repayment in installments. After reaching an agreement, you only need to repay the amount on time according to the negotiated amount, and there will be no further repayment. Interest liquidated damages will be generated, and collections will also be stopped to avoid the risk of prosecution caused by overdue payment.
