Cardholders can call the service hotline on the back of the card, choose manual service and provide relevant account numbers. If there is online banking, you can also log in to online banking for association.

Steps of credit card associated with CCB online banking:

1. Log in to Bank official website and click Online Banking to log in;

2. After entering the correct user name and password, select the account details;

3. Click Add Account, fill in the card number information that needs to be associated correctly, and complete the association according to the prompts;

4. Note: Only my bank card can be associated.
