Customers holding Bank of China debit/credit cards can hold the debit/credit card in the customer’s name, personal ID card, and vehicle driving license (can inconsistent with the cardholder), drive to the designated ETC business acceptance outlet of Bank of China, fill in the ETC user agreement, handle ETC business and install OBU equipment.
