Credit card refund details can be queried through the following methods (refund details are amounts expressed as negative numbers):

1. For online banking inquiries, log in to the public version/professional version of online banking, Click "Account Management" - "Inquiry of Bills Issued" or "Inquiry of Unissued Bills". 2. Self-service voice inquiry: Call the credit card customer service hotline, after verifying your identity, press 1, then 5 to enter "Bills and Transaction Details of the Past Year". Or press 1 and then 3 to enter "Unissued Bills".
