1. Preferential car wash service

Car card customers swipe Longka car card consumption that meets certain conditions can enjoy discounted car wash services once a week at designated car wash outlets. When the retail price of the car wash service is equal to or lower than 15 yuan, customers can enjoy the car wash service without paying a fee; when the retail price of the car wash service exceeds 15 yuan, the excess amount will be used by the customer to use car card points (the exchange ratio is 4‰, that is, every (1,000 points can be exchanged for 4 yuan). If the points balance is insufficient, cash payment will be used. The specific consumption conditions are as follows:

(1) Customers can directly enjoy preferential car wash services in the current quarter and the next natural quarter after the card is approved;

(2) After that, customers swipe the card every natural quarter Spend 2,000 yuan or more (or 6 transactions) to enjoy the next quarter’s service.

2. Double the points for oil change

The points you spend with your card can be doubled for refueling. The starting point is 50,000 points, and the redemption rate is an integer multiple of 10,000 points. The exchange ratio is 4‰, that is, every 1,000 points can be exchanged for 4 yuan. Car card customers can call CCB’s 24-hour customer service hotline to apply for redemption, or they can redeem points through POS at designated local gas recharge points.

3. Free road assistance

Car card customers can call CCB’s 24-hour customer service hotline and enjoy free nationwide road assistance services, including on-site quick repair, spare tire replacement, power pump and 15 Kilometers to the nearest tow truck (3 times per item per year), any charges exceeding the standard will be borne by the customer.
