Prepare a wedding gift list. 15. The bride and groom prepare the wedding guest list together. 16. Invite important people first. 17. Go to a local printing or copy shop and inquire about the cost of printing invitations, lists, menus, etc. 18. Contact local takeout catering services. 19. Break everything into parts for a wedding. 20. Contact a local band. 21. Contact a band or a sound engineer. 22. Start planning your honeymoon. 23. Get a marriage certificate. 24. Check the progress. 25. Arrange for the measurement and customization of tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen. 26. The bride sets a time for her makeup and hair. 27. Make a list of things you will need on your wedding day. 28. Take out a wedding preparation bag to put all the odds and ends. 29. Congratulations! Planning a wedding is not easy. It is even more difficult to prepare for a wedding in half a year or even less than half a year. What we need to do here is to challenge this difficulty. By following the following steps, you can have a beautiful wedding in a short time.
1. Be mentally prepared. A wedding is an adult ceremony and should be treated with a rational adult attitude. Be prepared to compromise on matters of dispute. Plan your wedding with an open, flexible and pragmatic attitude. You may have already thought about what to do in your mind and imagined all kinds of romantic details. If something changes and you're not prepared for it, you'll feel frustrated and disappointed. So be mentally prepared, your dream wedding will have some changes. Not only do you need to be prepared for contingency when it comes to wedding details, but you also need to have a pragmatic attitude towards wedding expenses, and cut back when necessary. Don't spread the stall too big, and don't control it too tightly. Don't worry too much about any mistakes, just laugh them off and keep a sense of humor.
2. Set a budget and don’t exceed it. This is the first step in planning a wedding, especially for a wedding that does not take a long time to prepare, and it is necessary to strictly implement the budget. Because the money spent on a short-term assault cannot be replenished, unlike preparations within one or two years, there will be additional sources of income. See how much money is raised for the wedding and then live within your means. If you don’t have enough money, you can downsize your wedding. Borrowing money or using a credit card to finance your wedding is easy to think of and easy to do. But you have to think about it seriously, is it worth entering into a marriage with a heavy debt for a flashy wedding? Would it be a good start to a marriage? No one wants to go into marriage financially broke. The number one reason why young people's marriages break up is that they are too financially burdened. Take care of your financial balance.
3. Buy a wedding planning book, or make one yourself. You should have a calendar and a bag, and you can put some brochures and papers such as receipts and ticket stubs. A wedding planner can help you organize your ideas and thoughts and keep all your contact information together. Write down the contact information of each store you contacted, including wedding companies, bridal shops, florists, cake shops, fleet rentals, etc., as well as the agreed date and time. You can also put in the selected wedding dress fabric samples, bouquet photos, cake styles and other pre-ordered information, so that you have a good idea and can check it. If you decide to have a wedding, start planning as soon as possible. If you start to prepare comprehensively early, you will have more time to enjoy the beauty of the wedding leisurely, and you will also have the energy to pay attention to some details (such as invitation style, font type and color, etc.) to achieve perfection.
4. Prepare a timetable with a list of things to be completed and the expected completion date. Timetables vary from person to person and location to location.
If the wedding is planned during the peak holiday season, such as the National Day holiday, the schedule will be very different than if it is planned during the off-season, such as March. If you live in a medium-sized city, most of the following items must be booked one or two months after the wedding planning begins, such as customizing wedding dresses, booking hotels, ordering flowers, arranging wedding companies, and finding people to take photography and videography. wait. If you hurry up, it's best to finalize it within a month. In the following time, you will have time to craft it carefully, so that if there are any mistakes, you can still make up for them.
5. Traveling and getting married is the beginning of a romantic life. You need to make the least preparations to get married while traveling, and you can have a "short and quick" wedding. All you have to do is show up at the wedding ceremony, get married, and have fun. Everything else about the wedding is stylized and arranged by the hotels and resorts in the tourist destination. And overall, the cost of traveling to get married is even lower. Consider your options. Most resorts and tourist hotels have multiple places where weddings and banquets can be held, and the venue facilities are fully equipped. Even if you want to get married at short notice, you can quickly prepare for the wedding. Another advantage of a destination wedding is that you can use it as an excuse to travel far away! Curate your wedding guest list to include only your closest family and best friends.
Tourism weddings usually include the wedding, wedding reception and honeymoon, so of course you save money.
No matter how much you save money, flowers and cakes will always have to be spent.
Some high-end hotels and resorts can provide quite romantic, loving and tasteful weddings.
If you are going abroad for a travel wedding, you should give everyone you invite enough time to think and prepare. If you need to apply for a passport and visa, it will take longer. Always remember to remind wedding guests to consider passport and visa processing times. Don’t think that everyone knows that getting a passport does not take a day or two.
6. A relaxed and casual wedding. You can consider holding the wedding as a big party, not too formal or too formal. Have your own creativity to make your wedding novel and interesting. The days after marriage are long, so you can't start with a cold start. You should start with a lively and happy start, even if the preparation time is rushed. Being creative can break the rules of your wedding and leave a lifelong impression on your guests, which may be more intriguing than a rigid wedding that takes more time to prepare. For example, getting married in a zoo and riding on the back of an elephant as a sedan. The animals also serve as your witnesses. The bride and groom wore traditional Chinese costumes, with flower crowns and Xiayi. Or appear in clothes designed by yourself or even professional attire, with flowers in your hair and a little embellishment.
Go to Hainan Island to travel and get married, and enjoy the blue sky, blue sea, white waves and fine sand with your favorite relatives and friends. One of the benefits of getting married in a scenic spot is that you can take many beautiful wedding photos, with the natural scenery as the background, proving your everlasting relationship, which is much better than wedding photos taken in a studio. Wedding banquets can be conveniently held at resorts or hotels, and you can choose between Chinese and Western styles. Imagine such a wedding, how could anyone who participated forget it!
The wedding ceremony will be held on the beach in the morning, and the wedding banquet will be held at a nearby hotel at noon.
Go into the mountains and hold your wedding on a green grassy hillside. Snow-white wedding dress, iron-gray mountains, green grassland, escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, breathe the fresh and fragrant air of nature, and have a refreshing and pure wedding. Holding flowers in hand, wandering between heaven and earth with your loved one. Wedding banquets can be held at hotels and resorts down the mountain.
Set out a yacht and hold a wedding on the water. Then drive to the hotel on the shore to hold a wedding banquet.
7. Set a main day and an alternative day. Understand in advance which days the venue will be available, decide on the venue, and confirm the cost. If you delay, you may not be able to secure a venue for your great day. If you like the venue and the cost is within your budget, make a reservation quickly and don’t hesitate. If the venue price exceeds your budget, or is already booked, ask if the venue is available on the alternative dates and if the price is cheap. It is becoming more and more common to hold weddings on Fridays or Sundays, especially in big cities, because Saturday weddings are so popular that they are impossible to get, or the prices are prohibitively high.
The wedding banquet prices on Friday or Sunday are much more affordable than those on Saturday.
Or make a time difference on Saturday and ask if there is a time slot in the morning that can be used to hold a short wedding ceremony.
Weddings held on holidays are even more difficult to find, unless you are creative and find another way. The cost of weddings during the holidays also goes up.
Ask whether your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your wedding banquet reservation two or three days in advance. They may have regulations, such as requiring at least two weeks' notice of cancellation of the wedding banquet in order to get the full deposit back. Be sure to understand the venue reservation in detail.
8. Compare several venues to get a venue price within your budget. Weddings and banquets can be held in different places, and there are many venues to choose from, such as restaurants, hotels, parks, scenic spots, home gardens, art museums, galleries, school auditoriums, etc. A zoo can also be a unique option. A place like this that is not easily thought of is suitable for a wedding banquet with a short preparation time, because in this case, other popular places have been booked by others long ago. It is best to have the wedding reception and the wedding venue together. In this way, it will be much more convenient for the newlyweds and guests. They do not have to change places, which saves time and saves money. It also saves transportation arrangements and expenses for changing places.
If you can’t find a venue that combines a wedding and a wedding banquet, you can ask friends or a wedding company. They will generally be willing to help you, especially if you will become their client.
Reminder that although the venue will be tight for weddings during holidays, there is also an advantage, that is, these venues are usually beautifully decorated for the holidays and have a festive atmosphere.
If it is in a private hall, garden, or in a small historical site or art venue, then consider limiting the number of people. For example, 30 guests may fill the hall. If there are not many guests, you can consider holding the wedding banquet a little further outside the city. Transportation will not be a big problem, and there will be much more room for venue selection. For example, the small seaside towns, neighboring towns, scenic spots, lovely ancient cities, etc. around your city.
9. Contact the wedding host. Make sure the wedding host can attend your wedding. The wedding host may be special. Sometimes due to religious reasons, religious people may be invited to host the wedding. Please contact them in advance. If it is a religious wedding, the religious wedding host may also meet and communicate with the couple in advance to discuss some details of the wedding ceremony, such as vows, exchange of rings, what kind of wedding procedures they want, and whether there are any special requirements. Don't leave it until the last minute to discuss ideas with the wedding officiant. Wedding hosts will be very busy during holidays, but they will rush to the venue and may host several weddings in one day, so they must discuss it in advance to determine his appearance time. If you insist on hiring a certain officiant and he or she is busy with several weddings on your wedding day, consider accommodating his or her schedule.
10. Decide on a dress that suits you! The process of purchasing wedding dresses and wedding banquet attire is sweet, but you must pay attention to leaving enough time for customization, cutting, and delivery of the clothing. Generally, you need to prepare two months in advance. This is the most important thing in wedding preparation. Remember, even the most personalized and eye-catching wedding dress still has room for comparison, and the cost can also be determined by yourself, it is not set in stone. Of course this requires you to think ahead and have an open mind. For example, you can tailor-make a unique wedding dress that is completely yours, or you can choose a ready-made wedding dress at a bridal dress store, which is much more affordable. What's wrong with finding a dress you like on the shelf in a size that fits your body quickly and cost-effectively? Remember to always try on wedding dresses. The conditions for trying on the dress must be the same as the expected wearing conditions at the wedding. For example, should it be worn next to the body or through underwear? Is your hair styled up or let down? Should I wear a veil? Only in this way can the final real wearing effect be determined. Wedding dresses with lace edges are more elastic, easier to fit the body shape, and require less modification and adjustment work.
You may have to go to a bridal shop in a big city to have more choices in wedding dress styles and sizes. Invite friends who like shopping to accompany you to choose a wedding dress, so that you won't be lonely and bored by yourself. Bring a bra and some pairs of high heels to try on the wedding dress and check whether the length is suitable. Bring an additional tights if necessary. Some wedding dress supports can be adjusted to fit your body shape. If allowed, you can take a few photos of the wedding dress fitting effect.
Don’t follow fashion. A wedding dress that looks stunning on other brides may not be suitable for you. If the wedding venue is not so spacious and grand, don’t choose a long train. Short trains and moderate hems are suitable for most wedding venues.
Don’t be afraid of revisions. If the wedding dress is not so perfect, you still have the opportunity to modify it and make local adjustments, such as removing some cumbersome fabrics, etc., but do not undergo major surgery.
If the female elders in the family, such as mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, aunt, etc., have wedding dresses in their collection, they can also request to try them on. It would be very meaningful to wear the wedding dress of these two generations and walk down the wedding hall. They would definitely be happy to see it and be excited. They will definitely be very proud that you chose their wedding dress, and they won’t care even if you make some changes. So, boldly ask, "Do you have a wedding dress?"
11. If you borrow a wedding dress, of course you must remember to invite her to your wedding. Invite bridesmaids. Invite one or more of your besties to be your bridesmaids. Don’t forget to remind the groom to find his best man too. The bridesmaids can wear their own dresses or dance skirts, and the groomsmen can wear suits. To save money, you really don't need six or seven bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, flower girls, ring bearers, etc. Just keep it simple.
Remember, the more people you invite to help, the more effort, favors, and money you spend.
Don’t take it for granted that every one of your friends must attend your wedding. It is very likely that if you had not invited them, they would have secretly thanked you, because it is time-consuming and expensive for the guests to attend the wedding. If they are really your good friends, they will not be angry with you for not being invited to the wedding. Instead, they are likely to be your good friends and help you at critical moments.
If guests have to travel far to attend your wedding, be sure to inform them of the exact date, time, and location of the wedding in advance, and arrange accommodation as much as possible.
When deciding on guests to attend the wedding, invite people who are enthusiastic, positive, and consistently good socially. You don't have time to serve a hot-tempered young lady, and you don't want to have troublemakers at your wedding.
12. Choose the bridesmaid’s outfit. Just like the bride's wedding dress, if you order your bridesmaids' outfits, it may take a month or two to get them, and minor adjustments may be needed. Since the main focus is on the bride's dress, make sure the bridesmaids' outfits are perfect in one step and require little to no trimming. For example, you can use elastic lace instead of zippers to keep the outfits snug. Just like choosing a bridal dress, go to a large bridal store and women's dress store to see if there are ready-made dresses for the bridesmaids to wear. Take the bridesmaid with you when you go to pick out the bride's dress so she can try on the bridesmaid outfits too.
It doesn’t matter if the bride’s and bridesmaids’ dresses are of different styles. As long as the colors are the same, differences in styles are not a problem. If you are not particular about the styles of bridesmaid dresses, you will have a wider range of choices, and it will be easier to buy clothes that fit you well and don’t need to be modified.
You can consider choosing dresses for your bridesmaids in the women's evening dress department of a large department store instead of a wedding dress store. It will be faster and probably cheaper to get the clothing there. Because sometimes the adjustment service is included in the price of the dress.
13. Talk to a few more photographers and videographers. Because most photographers and videographers are very busy, it can be difficult to find someone who will work at the right time for your wedding. But if you start early, it’s likely to be easy to secure a photographer. You can also ask friends who are good at photography and videography to help.
Remember, professional wedding photography and videographers have their own merits. They are experienced and can produce high-quality works no matter what the weather or the conditions of the wedding scene.
You can consult local professional wedding photography shops and listen to other people’s suggestions and recommendations.
Requirements: Look at the entire wedding process from start to finish that the photographer and videographer has completed before, not just a few of the best masterpieces.
Fortunately, now we use digital cameras to take pictures, which saves much money compared to the past when we used film. Photographers and videographers will tell you that today’s digital professional photography equipment is much more expensive than before, and the time and energy invested in post-processing and beautifying the photos after taking them is much more than in the film era. No matter what they say, weigh it yourself. Choose a photography and videographer you trust and with whom you can communicate well.
For the sake of saving money, you may ask the photographer to just take pictures and hand you the flash memory stick or CD disk of the photos, and then you can find a cheap printing company to print the photos yourself.
But remember that photographers and videographers own the copyright of photos and videos (legally, whoever presses the shutter owns the property rights of the work). So make sure beforehand that they allow you to copy the photos.
You can put a few disposable cameras at the front desk. Leave a note and ask the guests to take photos of the wedding scene with disposable cameras. Remind them that this disposable camera is not a toy for children and should be put back in its place after taking pictures.
14. Prepare a wedding gift list. Many large shopping malls and discount stores have wedding supplies counters. Some also have many chain stores or online stores, making it convenient for people in remote areas to purchase. You can prepare a wedding gift list, which lists the necessities you need for your wedding, especially for starting a new life in the future, and provide it to the wedding guests who are planning to give you gifts so that they can choose from it.
Guys can have showers too. You can have a small party before the wedding. The wedding guests can bring prepared gifts. Especially for some large items, they can be sent in advance and put down in a prepared place. . For large gifts, such as home appliances and furniture, make sure guests don’t choose heavy gifts, as it would be bad if they are given heavy gifts.
You can choose one or two wedding gift stores for your wedding guests to purchase.
Remember to buy thank you cards and stamps. Send a thank you card as soon as possible after you receive a wedding gift or someone helped you with your wedding.
15. The bride and groom prepare the wedding guest list together. Decide how many people to invite based on your budget and the size of your wedding venue. First collect the addresses of invited guests.
16. Invite important people first. If there are respected people on your invitation list, invite them first because they are usually busy and cannot easily spare time. Prepare flower bouquets and baskets. Determine the style of the flower bouquet basket and the variety of flowers according to your preferences, remembering that some flowers are not available all year round. If you insist on choosing flowers that are out of season or expensive, the cost of flowers can easily double. You can always find similar substitutes for existing flowers at a much better price.
You can also ask the flower shop staff for advice on which flower bouquets and baskets will save you money.
You can consider a bouquet design of one type of flower or a simple combination of several types of flowers, tied up with beautiful ribbons. This will effectively reduce costs! Don’t forget that flowers are only for temporary use and will wither after two days.
Can’t find flowers? Don't worry! Think of some alternative methods and practices. Did you know there are silk flowers and plastic flowers? Some are so well made that they can be used instead of flowers to look just like the real thing!
17. Go to a local printing agency or copy shop and inquire about the cost of printing invitations, lists, menus, etc. Find one that is cheap and good. Some invitations come with beautiful decorative ribbons, which are really nice, but you have to consider the price and confirm whether it is convenient to mail them. With the development of printing technology, local small printing companies can print exquisite wedding prints according to your requirements.
And because you are a local, the local small printing community values ??your reputation and publicity influence more, and pays more attention to your printed products.
18. Contact local takeout catering services. Choose from different dishes and fares. In addition to catering to the wedding banquet at the hotel, you may also be required to provide food and drinks at the event you host. Serving a formal sit-down meal? Or snacks and snacks that you can eat while standing? If it is snacks and fruit drinks, the price will be much cheaper. You can order wine or not.
Alcohol can be considered to provide beer, wine and champagne, but the alcohol content should not be too high.
Don’t drink alcohol. If you don't provide alcohol and only provide soft drinks, coffee, and tea, you can save more money.
Because this takeaway catering service is not a formal meal, but just a little embellishment for your event, there is no need to prepare too much food.
Pack leftover food and drinks. These are things you spend money on. Refrigerate uneaten snacks and drinks so you can take them with you on your honeymoon. Arrange people at the reception in advance and have large containers ready for leftover snacks, food, fruit and drinks.
In some countries and regions, an application is required to drink alcohol in public. So you need to inquire clearly and go through the relevant procedures.
19. Break everything into parts for a wedding. Do small things first and then big things. You can start with a very small wedding with family and friends. Then hold a large wedding banquet, invite many friends, celebrities, colleagues, etc. to participate, which is lively and lively. This could be a few months after your first small wedding, or on your wedding anniversary. You can have plenty of time to prepare. This has slowly become a very common wedding pattern. The advantages of this include: you can arrange a large wedding banquet in the evening, but you must also take into account customs (in some areas of China, the bride must be picked up for the wedding in the morning.)
You will not be too Nervous, after all, they have been married and lived together for a while. So you can enjoy this wedding banquet more easily.
You don’t have to worry about rushing to get to your honeymoon.
You have an excuse not to dress up, to wear a wedding dress or fancy evening gown.
You can celebrate your marriage twice.
You can have a small wedding at your honeymoon destination and then a large wedding like this to get the best of both worlds and no regrets.
20. Contact a local cake shop to order a wedding cake. Tell the cake shop how many people are attending the wedding and they will know how big the cake should be. Also tell them whether the wedding will be held indoors or outdoors, so they can be more informed when choosing the texture, shape and embellishments of the cake. It's always a bummer if the cake melts.
21. Contact a band or a sound engineer. You can do your own research or ask your friends to see if there is a suitable band or sound engineer who can perform live music for your wedding banquet, including background music, wedding marches, and dance music. If the wedding is not far away, it may be difficult to find a band. You can also find a sound engineer, the price is more affordable and easy to negotiate. As with any other help, if the best tuner you want is already booked, ask for recommendations on who can be the tuner. Meet with the band/sound engineer to discuss the repertoire and order. If the wedding is small, organize a dance to entertain guests.
Another option for bands is to contact local school orchestras.
For ultra-small weddings, there is no need for a band or music at all. The guests are all familiar with each other and can talk freely. There is no need for music to adjust the atmosphere and resolve the awkwardness of the silence.
22. Start planning your honeymoon. It may take several months to get a passport.
23. Get a marriage certificate. Understand clearly what materials and procedures are required to apply for a marriage license in your location. If you are remarried, you may need to show proof of your divorce.
24. Check the progress. Keep in touch with the various businesses that provide services for your wedding banquet and check on their progress.
If time is of the essence, you need to hurry up and make them as nervous as you are.
25. Arrange for the measurement and customization of tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen. Customizing a tuxedo requires multiple body measurements to get the best results. If they live far away from a clothing store or tailoring shop, they can ask someone from a nearby tuxedo rental shop to help measure their body shape, and then send the measurement results to the clothing store or tailoring shop. Don't ask the groom to guess the size, and don't let anyone outside the tuxedo shop take measurements.
Have the groom and groomsmen pick up the tuxedos a few days before the wedding. The groom and groomsmen should try on their tuxedos, leather shoes, etc. immediately. If it doesn’t fit properly, the store can give you a day or two to change it, or send you another size of leather shoe.
26. The bride sets a time for her makeup and hair. Bridesmaids can style their own hair at their own expense. Don't feel embarrassed, you didn't have to pay for the bridesmaids' hair. Since you're not paying, don't make any demands on the bridesmaids' hairstyles.
27. Make a list of things you will need on the wedding day. Put it in your planner. If you think of something new, feel free to write it down. You can discuss with the bridesmaids what else is needed. Let them take charge of things to bring and things to do.
28. Take out a wedding preparation bag to put all the odds and ends. Here’s something that’s used at weddings but often forgotten about: Tape. It's very useful to stick something on it, or even fix a bra, etc.
It is best to use a makeup mirror with lighting.
Electric fan (The wedding dress is not so comfortable to wear, and the bride will get hot if she waits for a long time.)
Some medicines, such as medicines for headaches, colds, and diarrhea.
Spare cosmetics, makeup powder and lipstick.
Slippers or comfortable shoes, you can put them on if your feet are too sore before and after the wedding.
Baby powder - can cover stains on the dress.
Hairstyle supplies?: Combs, hairspray, curling irons, etc.
Body products?: Deodorant, perfume, bras, underwear, etc.
Sewing equipment.
29. Congratulations! You should be ready to take this important step in your life. Go enjoy your wedding and meet the groom and guests. Remember that a small, sweet, and intimate wedding is better than a large, luxurious, and impersonal wedding.
Tip to keep a sense of humor and be flexible and pragmatic. Things can always go wrong at a wedding, and there's bound to be something you don't like.
Before the wedding, assign important tasks to various people you trust. For example, let someone be responsible for supervising that the bride and groom cannot meet before the wedding; let someone come to the wedding venue in advance to decorate, etc. Once the tasks are assigned, let them take care of it! It is impossible for you to do everything yourself. Relax and enjoy being a bride!
If you are traveling to get married and the accompanying family members have children, you must consider this in advance. Some all-inclusive wedding destinations do not allow children, and most airlines also charge adult fares for children.
Some custom-made gowns may be delivered in advance. This depends on the outfitter or tailor. But it usually arrives late, so I double-check it in my mind based on the time they say. (If they say one month, then it will be considered as if you can receive the dress in two months.) This will also give you time to correct mistakes. Don't trust the promises made by merchants. If it sounds too good, it probably isn't true.
Prepare gifts for the bridesmaids and groomsmen in advance. Don't leave it until the last minute, it will delay things.
Resolve tension. If wedding preparations are driving you crazy, keep saying to yourself, "This is not for me, this is for the marriage." Focus on wedding preparations and identify problems and solve them instead of covering them up.
If you pick up your bouquet the day before your wedding, ask the florist about how to keep the flowers fresh. For example, they will recommend keeping the bouquet cool. Ask if you can store the bouquet in the refrigerator or in the cold room.
The destination for a travel wedding does not have to be a paradise island or a far away place.
You can also have a travel wedding at a resort near your home. Resorts or tourist destinations in this province or neighboring provinces are sufficient. The place should not be far away, within an hour or two's drive. Staying out for a night or two won't be a huge financial burden.
If you ask a wedding company to help, be sure to find one with a good reputation. Find out early as they will most likely have other weddings to host on your special day. It’s never wrong to ask, and if their schedule is full, ask them if they can recommend other wedding companies.
Warning: Carefully check your service sheets and sales contracts with various merchants. Make sure that the amount they ask you to pay has deducted your down payment from the total price.
Read the fine print on all contracts carefully. For example, they no longer provide refunds for contract cancellation within a certain period, and the contract cannot be canceled. Once you book, you're set. Ask them if they can give you a 30-day flexibility period after booking. (This way you can find a better merchant and return it without losing your deposit.)
Don’t delay in everything. The longer the delay, the greater the pressure on everyone involved.
Ask each merchant’s policy on contract cancellation or rescheduling. If you book very late, you probably won't be able to change the date and time.
Confirm that the contract includes all the merchant’s commitments. (For example, when the goods are not in stock, the merchant promises to replace them with free express delivery.) Everything verbally promised by the merchant should be written in the contract.
Keep the originals or copies of all contracts, receipts, cancellation orders, order forms, deposit slips, etc.
Beware of hidden charges.
Don’t take it for granted how things should be, be sure to clarify them in black and white.
