The bank's machines need regular maintenance and cannot be used normally during the maintenance period. In the case of online banking or mobile banking, in order to prevent hacker attacks, ensure the safety of funds and provide better services, CCB generally needs to maintain and upgrade the system regularly, usually from 12 to 4 am. Moreover, during the maintenance and upgrade period, all services of online banking are generally suspended. Therefore, we need to wait until the system maintenance and upgrade are completed before running.
2 account risk: the customer channel may be suspended because the card is operated abnormally, and the bank cannot confirm whether it belongs to its own operation. Therefore, it is a particularly necessary measure to protect the rights and interests of customers, ensure the security of customer accounts and guard against risks.
No transaction within 6 months after opening an account: mainly channel non-counter transactions. The central bank stipulates that banks should suspend the counter business of accounts without transaction records within 6 months from the date of opening an account. In this case, we can take our ID cards to the counter to lift the restrictions. However, this is calculated from the second day after opening the account. If there is no transaction within 6 months after use, it is generally not affected.
