Submit it to the bank and return it to the credit card used for payment. During the period, the money is temporarily frozen in the Alipay account and displayed as an unavailable balance. It is recommended to pay attention.

2. If the refund to the original credit card fails, the money will be recharged to the Alipay account, and you can check the Alipay account balance. Then withdraw money or continue shopping (it cannot be withdrawn directly to the original credit card. Currently, Alipay does not support the operation of withdrawing money to the credit card).
