3. OBU application: You need to activate the Bank of China Express Credit Card after receiving the Bank of China Express Co-branded Card. After 2 working days of activation, you should bring your valid ID card, your driving license in my name and the Bank of China Express Card (the "Express Label Card") to the one-stop outlet of Express Card Company or Bank of China to sign the Agreement on the Use of Bank Co-branded Express Card/Express Electronic Label and install the electronic label free of charge.

Tips:

1. Vehicle conditions for handling ETC in Beijing area: the owner of the vehicle and the applicant of BOC Express Credit Card must be the same person, and the vehicle is a non-operating bus with 7 seats or less (exclusive customers are not allowed);

2. In 22, Beijing Branch stopped issuing Bank of China AutoExpress co-branded cards, and the card replacement business of old customers' label cards can still be handled through BOC. If old customers have never installed label equipment after applying for co-branded cards, they can still install them through the service outlets of Beijing AutoExpress Company, and the one-stop outlets of BOC have been closed.
