After the pre-approval is passed, the landlord will send you a face-to-face signing message. Just bring your ID card and message application code to any outlet for face-to-face interview within 30 days after receiving the message. Generally, there are no special circumstances to issue cards.

After the formal approval, it takes 3 working days to make a card, and then it will be sent to the post office by registered mail (except Shenzhen, Beijing and Dalian). There will be a SMS notification after it is sent, and it will be received in about 10 days.
