1. If the credit card is risky, the cardholder needs to print out the details of recent consumption and submit it to the bank for review to prove that his credit card has not been cashed out or stolen.
2. If the abnormality caused by large consumption is frozen, the cardholder needs to provide proof such as consumption receipt to prove the authenticity of consumption. In this case, if approved, the bank will be unfrozen.
3. If the consumption is abnormally frozen due to overdue repayment, the cardholder needs to pay off the arrears first. The cardholder can only apply to the bank for unfreezing after paying off the bill in the credit card.
4. If the password is entered too many times or the consumption is abnormal due to mistakes, you need to take your ID card to unfreeze it.
