If the card is lost, it is recommended that you report the loss verbally first, and then go to any branch nationwide with a valid ID to report the loss in writing, and use the password to cancel the account (written loss reporting can be done at a non-original store) Handled at the branch).

Warm reminder:
1. If the debit card account is in normal condition but there are arrears (annual fee and small account management fee), no additional payment is required for cancellation. Arrears.
2. The debit card has not paid the production fee since it was opened. If you cancel the account, you need to pay the production fee (including the card opening fee when you cancel the account on the day of card opening).
3. The basic rules for canceling standard IC debit cards are the same as those for existing magnetic stripe debit cards. If a standard IC debit card is bound to a composite electronic cash card, the bound composite electronic cash card needs to be sold first, and then the standard IC debit card.
4. The debit card can be canceled on the day it is opened. If the debit card has been canceled, the remittance cannot be received.
5. When canceling the account by yourself or by entrusting others to cancel the account, the account cancellation methods such as cash account cancellation, transfer account cancellation, and transfer to coin wallet are supported. Among them, account transfer and account cancellation are supported across banks, without limiting personal accounts; when transferring digital currency wallets, only the digital currency wallets of the same customer are allowed to be transferred.
