If the debt is not accepted by the court when it is paid off, the bank will withdraw the lawsuit. Even if the court has made a judgment and issued a judgment, it has no impact. After all, the customer has paid off the debt as required, and the court will naturally not deal with the customer.
In short, the sooner customers pay off their debts, the better, and the adverse effects caused by overdue will be minimized. Generally, banks with overdue credit cards for more than three months have the right to sue, but in real life, banks will not sue easily, unless customers are overdue for too long, owe a large amount, fail to repay after repeated reminders, or even can't contact anyone.
Once the credit card is overdue, customers should repay it as soon as possible. It should be noted that most credit cards provided by banks have a grace period for repayment, so it doesn't matter if they are not returned before the repayment date (inclusive). As long as they can repay on time within the grace period of later repayment (the amount paid is not less than the minimum repayment amount of the bill), they will also be regarded as timely repayment and not overdue.
