1. According to Alipay’s regulations, the bank cards bound to Alipay are divided into savings cards and credit cards. In other words, Citibank cards can be bound to Alipay.

2. Users can click My in the lower right corner of the Alipay homepage. After entering, click Bank Card - Add Bank Card. After clicking, the user can bind a Citibank card.

3. Under normal circumstances, when using a debit card, you can directly transfer or spend money, while a credit card cannot transfer money directly and can only be used for consumption.
