● Validity period

2. If the cardholder does not want to get the expired new card, he should inform the issuing bank in writing or in other forms recognized by both parties 1 month before the expiration, otherwise the issuing bank will consider the cardholder to get the expired new card voluntarily.
3. The expired credit card can no longer be used, but the collection contract is still valid. If you don't change your new card or stop using it, you must return the credit card to the issuing bank in time and go through the cancellation procedures.

1. The issuing bank determines the credit limit according to the credit status of the cardholder, and has the right to adjust the credit limit of its account according to the change of the credit level of the cardholder. All credit cards under the same account share the credit limit of the account.
2. If the issuing bank fails to repay the credit card holder according to the minimum repayment amount and exceeds the credit limit, it will charge a late fee and an over-limit fee of 5% of the minimum repayment amount and the over-limit credit limit respectively.

1. If the cardholder loses his credit card, he should report the loss in writing or by telephone to the nearest issuing bank in time. Written loss reporting is a formal loss reporting, and the card issuer only helps to prevent telephone loss reporting and does not assume any responsibility.
