You can call the remote agent through the mobile banking-remote banking menu to apply for dynamic token signing service, or you can fill in the relevant application form at any business outlet of our bank with valid ID card and Minsheng Debit Card (credit card or current all-in-one pass). Agency is not allowed, and other channels are not supported for the time being.
