The credit line of CCB credit card is recycled, so it can't be overdrawn after it is used up. I always thought that the credit line could be restored after the billing date was settled, but this is not the case. If you want to use the card immediately, you need to pay back part of the previous debt first, and then you can use it after the available credit line is restored.
