Will the 10 credit card penalty be collected at the meeting?
10 yuan credit card penalty was collected at the meeting. Whether the credit card penalty is collected depends on whether the cardholder is overdue. Generally speaking, if the cardholder's repayment amount before the due repayment date is lower than the minimum repayment amount of the current bill, the bank will charge liquidated damages. Usually major banks have a grace period for repayment. As long as the cardholder pays the minimum repayment amount of the current bill and pays off the liquidated damages within the grace period, it will not be credited. If not, credit.

The charging standards of several major credit card liquidated damages in prime Bank;

1, China Construction Bank: the minimum repayment amount is 5% of the outstanding portion, and the minimum repayment amount is 5 yuan RMB or 1, USD or 1 Euro;

2. ICBC: 5% of the unpaid minimum repayment amount;

3. China Merchants Bank: 5% of the outstanding minimum repayment amount, with a minimum of 10 yuan RMB or 1 USD;

4. Guangfa Bank: 5% of the unpaid minimum repayment amount. If the customer fails to pay off the minimum repayment amount of each bill on time for more than two consecutive months (inclusive), it will be charged at 6% of the unpaid part of the minimum repayment amount.

Is the credit card still creditable after paying the penalty?

It depends on what causes the liquidated damages. There are two situations, one is overdue repayment, and the other is early repayment.

1. Overdue repayment means that the minimum repayment amount has not been paid on the last repayment date, and a penalty of 5% will be charged for the part below the minimum repayment amount. Credit cards will be reported to the central bank's credit information system unless it's not my fault. Even if the penalty is paid, the overdue period has already occurred, and it cannot be regarded as nothing. Credit information will still be collected at the meeting. The bad records generated will not be automatically eliminated until the arrears are paid off for 5 years. If you can maintain good card use behavior for at least 2 years, standardize card use and repay on time, although it will not eliminate overdue, the impact will still be much smaller, and you will not directly refuse loans and credit cards in the future.

2. Prepayment means to repay the remaining principal in advance at one time after handling cash installment and other businesses, because if it is earlier than the agreed repayment period, it is also a kind of liquidated damages. In order to reduce the loss, the bank will charge 3% of the unpaid principal as liquidated damages. The prepayment will not be overdue, and the liquidated damages will not be reported to the credit information, but it is not excluded that individual banks will record the prepayment in installments on the credit information.
