Card activation is to prevent the credit card from being intercepted and fraudulently used by others in the process of sending. Therefore, in order to protect the rights and interests of cardholders, when receiving a new card, you must first complete the card activation procedures before you can use the card.

1. Customers who successfully applied online for the first time:

If it is the first successful online application of Ping An Credit Card, because the identity information has not been verified, in order to ensure the cardholder's safety in using the card, the cardholder needs to bring a valid second-generation ID card and card to any branch of Ping An Bank or community financial outlets for identity verification and activation. Holders of temporary id card should also provide additional supporting documents (at least one), such as driver's license, household registration book, passport, Hong Kong and Macao passes, etc.

If there is no Ping An Bank outlet in the current city, you can activate the card at any Ping An Bank outlet in other cities.

2. Cardholder:

Customers who have already applied for a card can log in to an account to apply for two cards, without going to the outlet to verify the activation. They can activate their cards through Ping An Bank Pocket APP. The activation process of Pocket APP is as follows:

Customers who have not logged into an account and applied for two cards online still need to go to the outlets to verify the activation.
