(2) The debit card can be reset after you continue to input the withdrawal password, verification code and answers to private questions. If you don't set or forget the answer to the private question, you can only reset it at the counter.

(3) The online banking password of Guangfa Bank can be reset after the credit card continues to input the validity period, CVV2, verification code and mobile phone verification code. If the displayed mobile phone number is not the one the customer is using now, please dial 95508 to modify the mobile phone number of the credit card first.
