Is there a handling fee for WeChat credit card repayment?
Mine is a card of China Merchants Bank, which reads "UnionPay POS Consumption UnionPay Consumption * * Telephone Inter-bank Repayment".

Different from the content written in the credit card binding with other bank debit cards, that one reads "third party collection, unified collection, collection, credit card-related deduction".

This inter-bank repayment has nothing to do with WeChat payment. In fact, it is like this:

You send a message to the bank through WeChat, saying how much you want to pay back. The credit card bank sends a message to the debit card bank, and the debit card bank receives the account in real time through the "super online banking" channel (if you are interested in "super online banking", you can go by yourself), and no handling fee is charged.

Another question: since there is no handling fee for this kind of inter-bank repayment, why are banks willing to do it?

1). For credit card banks, the more convenient repayment is, the more people are willing to swipe their cards, and banks can charge merchants for swiping their cards. Therefore, if there is an extra charge for repayment, no one wants to use a credit card.

2) For debit card banks, transferring a sum of money to credit card banks is equivalent to losing a deposit in vain, right? He is willing because if a bank is set as a debit card to repay the credit, it proves that this card will be the main debit card, and the user will mainly deposit the money on this bank card, so he is willing. Super online banking also has a function of "fund collection", in which the collector turns the money for nothing, that is, the deposit is lost for nothing, and the bank has no benefits at all. In this case, the bank is unwilling.
