2. The cardholder's identity information, mobile phone number or CVN2 were entered incorrectly, and the verification failed (1000005). A: The bank card has been blocked, so you can't use online banking. You need to reopen online payment.
3. The cardholder's identity information, mobile phone number or CVN2 were entered incorrectly, and the verification failed (1000P 1). A: The mobile phone number reserved by the bank is wrong. The mobile phone number reserved by UnionPay third-party payment is generally empty, so you need to go to the bank counter to modify the reserved mobile phone number.
4. The cardholder's identity information, mobile phone number or CVN2 were entered incorrectly, and the verification failed (10000z8). Answer: The mobile phone number, ID number and bank information are inconsistent. At least one of them is not handled by my ID card, so it needs to be handled at the bank counter. Note: CVN2 security code is 3 digits in the signature column on the back of the credit card, followed by the last 4 digits of the card number, which is used for security authentication.
