Our bank’s credit card does not have such a term as small loan. If you need cash flow, you can withdraw cash or apply for cash installment.

Cash withdrawal charges: Domestic RMB cash advance fee is RMB 1 of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of RMB 10 per transaction; overseas cash advance fee is RMB 3 of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of RMB 10 per transaction. Each transaction is USD 3 or RMB 30 (the minimum charge for American Express-Centurion Black Gold Card and American Express-Centurion Platinum Card is USD 5 or RMB 30 per transaction). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance. Cash advances do not enjoy interest-free repayment. From the day of cash withdrawal to the date of repayment, interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 0.05%, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis. PS: The processing fee for credit card cash advances does not accrue interest.
