Edit the short message "CCZZ# card number # amount # last 4 digits of issue number" with the mobile phone number reserved by CCB and send it to 95533.

3. Mobile banking applications

Enter "Mobile Banking of China Construction Bank", and click "Credit Card"-"Bill Installment Application" in turn.

Step 4 Apply online

For individual online banking users, please click Apply for bill installment, and select "Credit Card Inquiry-Select Card Number-Inquire about issued bills-Apply for bill installment".

For registered users of credit card website, please click Apply for bill installment and select "Card number-bill-RMB-Apply for bill installment".

5. Self-service voice applications

Call the customer hotline of CCB at 400-820-0008, select "7-3" and follow the voice prompts to complete the application.

Monthly handling fee for bill installment business = total installment amount * handling fee rate, in which the handling fee rate is 0.75% for the third installment, 0.70% for the sixth installment, 0.60% for the 12 installment, 0.60% for the 18 installment and 0.62% for the 24th installment. The handling fee will be recorded and collected on time on each billing day after installment payment.

If you want to shorten the repayment period, you can apply to end the installment payment in advance, and you need to return all the remaining principal and all the installment fees in one lump sum before the next repayment date.
