Negotiate repayment with the bank as soon as possible.

If the credit card debt is not repaid, the bank will collect it through multiple channels. If the repayment is stated and a repayment plan is made, and the repayment plan is actually performed, the bank will not report the case and treat it as a criminal case. If you refuse to repay, the bank will usually sue through civil means, and only if you fail to repay will the case reporting process be initiated. If the police file a case and then fail to repay the loan, it may constitute credit card fraud.

So find a way to pay it off quickly to avoid legal liability.
