What should I do if I don't set the inquiry password after Ping An Credit Card is activated?
Ping An Bank's credit card has no initial password. You can use it by setting the inquiry password directly when opening the card, and then you can choose whether to set the transaction password according to the cardholder's needs.

1, password query:

Password inquiry is mainly used by customers when setting up card functions for voice calls and inquiring business information. This password cannot be used for any transaction. All Ping An credit cards of the same customer share a query password.

2. Transaction password:

The transaction password is used for ATM inquiry and withdrawal of cash and credit card online transactions. This password cannot be directly used for credit card consumption. If you want to spend "password+signature" when swiping a card, you need to open the "consumption secret" function separately. After opening, the transaction password is the password used for credit card consumption. Different credit cards under the same customer's name need to set transaction passwords independently.

If you don't remember the specific inquiry password and transaction password, or don't have them, you can log in to Ping An Pocket Bank APP-Credit Card-More-Password Management to modify, set and retrieve the password.

Setup steps:

1. Log in to Ping An Pocket Bank APP, enter the credit card tab, click more, and find password management.

2. Click Password Management and select the query password or transaction password to be set.

3. Enter the query password setting page, and reset or modify the query password.
