1. If you are from Hong Kong: You can use a UnionPay card, preferably a card with VISA function, and swipe the card in Hong Kong. If it is a UnionPay card, it is best to remind the clerk to swipe the UnionPay channel, or give it directly (only Domestic only) card payment. Convert into RMB according to the real-time exchange rate, with no conversion fee. If the store does not accept UnionPay, just take the visa route.
