for an ICBC credit card that has not been used within the validity period, ICBC can no longer provide card replacement service after the card expires.

the cardholder of the expired ICBC credit card shall not continue to use the credit card (except the income) before going through the relevant formalities according to the regulations. If the ICBC credit card cannot be used normally due to the failure to go through the formalities for replacing the new card in time, the losses caused shall be borne by the cardholder.

ICBC can issue other credit cards with the same credit rating if it can't be replaced due to the termination with the cooperative unit, credit card institution or cooperative company.
