(a) 45 days after the expiration of the credit card, the cardholder has not replaced the new card;
(two) 45 days after the loss of the credit card, there is no supplementary card and no new card has been replaced;
(3) The credit card was withdrawn by the issuing bank for 45 days due to its bad reputation and was included in the stop payment list;
(four) the cardholder died for some reason, and the issuing bank has recovered his credit card for 45 days;
(five) the cardholder requests the cancellation of the account or the guarantor to cancel the guarantee, and has returned all the credit cards for 45 days;
(6) The credit card account has not been traded for more than two years (inclusive);
(seven) the cardholder violates other regulations, and the issuing bank thinks that his qualification should be cancelled.
According to Article 37 of the Measures for the Administration of Credit Card Business, the cardholder may cancel the account in any of the following circumstances after paying off the overdraft principal and interest:
(a) 45 days after the expiration of the credit card, the cardholder has not replaced the new card;
(two) 45 days after the loss of the credit card, there is no supplementary card and no new card has been replaced;
(3) The credit card was withdrawn by the issuing bank for 45 days due to its bad reputation and was included in the stop payment list;
