Credit card marketing is also a type of direct selling. Based on the direct sales team, it is impossible for managers to monitor the working status of every employee throughout the entire process, so management needs to be established invisibly. This is the hardest kind of management of all.
I think there are two types of management methods for this kind of direct sales team:
1. Process management.
The process is divided into: planning of visit goals - completion of visit quantity - meeting quality standards of visits
2. Management of results.
The results are divided into: the number of credit card applications - the number of user activations (active)
Of course, everyone may think that who doesn’t know this? Yes. This is a dimension of management. If management does not have a "timeline", this management will definitely be unqualified. Therefore, the process indicator "daily check" and the result indicator "weekly check" are definitely needed. Don't set goals for employees at the beginning of the month and then wait to receive the results at the end of the month. You will definitely be disappointed.
We should pay attention to several details in the process of process and result management:
1. The process is a matter of attitude, so it must be strict. But don't criticize in public.
2. The result indicator is ability issues + attitude issues. If it is an ability issue, don’t be too demanding, give more encouragement and help.
3. The simpler things are for employees to do, the less reason they have to say. That is to say, the simpler the orders you give to employees, the better. For example: when a new employee joins the job, the task you arrange is "successfully apply for a credit card" or "you need the phone numbers of 50 people today". The latter should be simpler. . But maybe the latter can be completed and the former can definitely be completed.
Management is a profound knowledge, and there is no standard system or specification for reference. However, as long as you implement a few correct management ideas that you recognize, it will be a very good sales management.
