The steps to apply for a credit card on Alipay are:

1. Open the Alipay app, then enter the homepage, enter the words "Apply for a credit card" in the search bar at the top of the homepage, and then click Search.

2. Under the popular column, you can see the words "Apply for Credit Card - Service", then click "More" on the right side of it to see the credit card applet of each bank;

3. Here is an example of applying for a life account with a China Merchants Bank credit card. Click to enter the mini program, then click "I want to choose a card". After selecting the appropriate card, click "Apply Now";

4. Follow the prompts to select your identity, fill in your name, ID number, etc., check various agreements, click "Next", and then click "Confirm Submit".
