Talents with a master’s degree or above can apply for the “Yimeng Huicai Changxing Card”.

"Yimeng Huicai Changxing Card" is

jointly launched by the Office of the Talent Work Leading Group of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee and the Postal Savings Bank of China Linyi Branch***

Tailor-made for the city's high-level talents,

a public welfare talent card that integrates identity recognition, preferential services, public services, financial services, etc.

. This card gathers various social resources such as shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment, hotels and tourism in the city to provide preferential and convenient life services for high-level talents. High-level talents holding the "Yimeng Huicai Diamond Card" and "Yimeng Huicai Gold Card" can apply for the "Yimeng Huicai Changxing Card" at the same time to enjoy various consumption discounts and service conveniences.

Application process

Talents themselves apply for the "Yimeng Huicai Changxing Card" through the following methods:

1. Application. The talent logs in to the "Linyi Talent Work Network", registers and submits basic information materials. After review and storage, click on the "Apply for Yimeng Huicai Changxing Card" module to apply.

2. Process. After passing the preliminary review, talents can choose the following methods to handle the application.

① Handle at outlets. I can apply on-site at any service outlet of the Linyi Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China with my personal ID card, academic degree certificate and other materials.

②Apply online. I log in to the official website of the Postal Savings Bank of China and the official account of the Postal Savings Bank of China Linyi Branch, fill in the relevant information, upload the relevant certificates, and handle it independently or by appointment.

③ Door-to-door processing. For enterprises with relatively concentrated talents, the Postal Savings Bank of China Linyi Branch arranges service specialists to provide door-to-door services to help talents handle on-site procedures.

④ Before June 30, 2022, Postal Savings Bank will provide door-to-door processing services.
